📅 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at Contact@binamo.Store with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may request a return once the item arrives.

📦 Shipped Orders

  • If your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • However, you can still return the product within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

🔄 Automatic Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment authorization failure
  • Product unavailability
  • Incomplete or suspicious order details

In such cases, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund where applicable.
